SALSABIL ASSOCIATION is a non-governmental organization that works with vulnerable populations in developing countries, providing humanitarian aid in all its forms. Our main activities are the construction of wells, the sponsorship of orphans and the distribution of food aid.<\/p>\n

Who are we looking for?<\/p>\n

We are looking for a versatile administrative agent to work within a male team at our head office in Strasbourg. Type of contract: 12-month CDD (with possibility of extension) full-time. You will be responsible for the following tasks:<\/p>\n

Liaise with our partner organizations and service providers<\/p>\n

File entry and tracking<\/p>\n

Control and transmission of documents to the accounting department<\/p>\n

Data logging\/archiving<\/p>\n

Invoicing and sending receipts<\/p>\n

Telephone service and sending e-mails<\/p>\n

Your profile in brief:<\/p>\n

Ideally, you hold a BAC to BAC+2 diploma and at least one year of experience in a similar position.<\/p>\n

Necessary qualities of our future collaborator: good interpersonal skills, organization, good written and oral level in French. You are rigorous, you adapt well to different work environments and know how to show initiative and versatility. You are able to work independently and enjoy finding solutions to various work problems. You have a good knowledge of the Russian language (both written and spoken). A good level of English is highly desirable.<\/p>\n

Technical skills: Mastery of the Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ease of working with a computer.<\/p>\n
