The video raises concerns regarding the transparency of certain humanitarian fundraising campaigns intended for the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n<p>This statement and the measures announced concern only organizations operating within the territory of the Chechen Republic and are in no way related to our Association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Salsabil Association:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Does not operate, and has never operated, in the Chechen Republic or anywhere within the territory of the Russian Federation;<\/li>\n<li>Has no representatives, volunteers, offices, bank accounts, or affiliated partner organizations in Russia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of our activities are carried out exclusively through official European bank accounts opened in the name of the Salsabil Association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Never use personal bank accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Never withdraw donated funds. All donations are deposited into the Association&#8217;s bank account and transferred exclusively and directly to the official project partner with whom a formal implementation agreement has been signed;<\/li>\n<li>Are subject, together with our international partners, to oversight by the competent French authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Provide verified photo and video reports, as well as complete financial documentation, to both our donors and the relevant French authorities and auditors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We state with complete conviction and in full consciousness before Allah that all of our projects are transparent, fully documented, and conducted in accordance with French law, Islamic principles, and ethical values.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the Salsabil Association is officially recognized as a public-interest organization by the French tax authorities and holds a special status that authorizes us to issue tax receipts for all donations received from both individuals and companies.<\/p>\n<p>We are fully aware of our responsibility before Allah, before our donors, and before those whom we serve.<\/p>\n<p>We understand the concerns expressed by some people. However, we state with certainty that this situation does not concern our Association.
