We are delighted to provide you with another video report on the implementation of a humanitarian project. Early in August 2020, we received a call for help from our Lebanese partners at Takaful for Child Welfare. As you already know, due to an accident that occurred because of improper handling of an extremely volatile cargo, two powerful explosions shook the Lebanese capital, and specifically, the city of Beirut.
Due to the prevailing humanitarian disaster, the Salsabil Association could not stand by idly. At the end of the collection, we allocated 10,000 Euros as emergency aid to the city residents who suffered from the explosions. A total of 424 people received medical and food assistance.
