Dear donors,
First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your loyalty and commitment to the Salsabil Association. Your donations have enabled us to fund numerous initiatives and projects to support the most vulnerable.
However, we must inform you today that due to technical reasons, it will temporarily not be possible to make donations via credit card payments through our website. Therefore, no credit card payments can be processed starting from midnight on May 24, 2023. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to estimate the duration of this temporary unavailability. We are working tirelessly to restore this option as soon as possible and will keep you informed of any developments. We understand that this news may cause inconvenience for some of you, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
However, we would like to reassure you that our association has provided its official bank account details (see the corresponding slide) for receiving all your donations except for the “Wells” project and the “Orphans” project. Dedicated bank account details will be provided to all donors wishing to support these two specific projects. You can continue to donate to our activities by sending your donations via bank transfer. We are available to assist you with the necessary steps if needed.
New instructions on how to make a donation
When sending your donations via bank transfer, please only indicate the two-letter uppercase code (and nothing else!) in the comment line when making the bank transfer. This code precedes the project name when you click the “Donate” button on our official website.
Example: to support the “Sadaqa” project, you should only enter the letters “SD” in the transfer comment. Attention! Any other indication on your part may result in an incorrect registration of your participation. Our staff is available to assist you with the necessary steps if needed.
