Amndar – 100 tents of Hope (Earthquake in Morocco)
The Salsabil Association went to Morocco to carry out the project of the distribution or 100 tents in the village of Amendar.
After an initial trip where we visited various locations and earthquake victims, we assessed the urgent needs of the affected population. Consequently, we decided to provide emergency housing assistance to residents facing the upcoming winter cold. We initiated a fundraising campaign to finance the distribution of custom-made, high-quality tents that are resistant to cold and waterproof.
Once the funds were collected and the tents were available, we traveled to Amendar, to remote areas, inaccessible by cars, and were able to distribute 100 tents, providing shelter for over 100 families.
